Sussex Court, in Shaker Heights, has developed into quite the community. Offering two and three bedroom town homes in the Chagrin Warrensville area, Heartland Developers began selling these upscale units in 2001. The award winning and eco-friendly project sold very quickly and was a huge success for Heartland and the city of Shaker Heights. Units are now available for resale between the mid $200,000s and $500,000. They are a bit further away from University Circle than their competitor Bluestone and they also don’t offer a tax abatement.
