Public Square, Cleveland
The Park Building Condos, located on Public Square, have been undergoing some changes lately – and some sales. Since last year, the Park Building Condos have been undergoing renovations, bringing residents to Public Square. Currently, sixteen condos at The Park Building have been sold or are under contract. Families are moving in, and an additional 22 condos and underground parking may be finished by the summer.
Public Square is an exciting part of Cleveland. Many historic buildings and offices contribute to the demand for Public Square as a fashionable area. The Park Building may also be adding penthouses and a skywalk between the Park Building and the neighboring May Company building for additional parking.
